i have an established vocabulary.

i install lineage and enable the lineage view.

the view works fine.

i edit term foo which is filed in baz > bar > foo

after editing foo, it now appears at the top of the vocabulary tree along with 'baz'.

in the DB, the entry for it has gone from something like 00baz01bar03foo to 03foo.

This bug has been around a while it seems. It was a problem with the way in which the lineage was calculated for parents when a node was updated.
This will be fixed in the next release and in the dev version when that gets updated.
