When creating a node with approval enabled, I get this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function trigger_get_assigned_actions() in /sites/all/modules/content_approval/content_approval.module on line 231

Any ideas?

Uh, this one is terrible, sorry! I've fixed in the 7.x-1.1 release.

Btw, this bug has been in introduced 7.x-1.0 and not 7.x-1.0-beta2.
