I though that cutoff date should automatically update after each scheduled seinding for the next time only publishing frews news.
Apparently, this is not the case.

After sending a daily newsletter of today 2011/12/11, the cutoff date is set to 2011/11/01, so the next time it will resend all stuff from the beginning of november.

doing some testing, sending a newsletter does not affect the cutoff date because the function 

sunmailer_send_newsletter($newsletter);

receives an empty argument.

That seems to be a bug.
Major, because this prevent any correct handling of newsletters.
