nedjoApplied a round of changes. The media_admin_type_manage_form form for administering a file type appears to have been commented out from media but not yet added to file_entity, so updating that will have to wait.

nedjoFinished the updating in #1766062: Restore file edit form and file type settings form and fix up defaulting. No doubt there will be more details as file_entity development progresses, but they can be addressed in separate issues.
