Fixed uninstall delete query for prod_check reported in #1309398: PHP Notices when Update and Production Monitor both enabled
Ported the largest part of prod_mon, thereby fixing most of what was reported in #1309398: PHP Notices when Update and Production Monitor both enabled. This means that prod_monitor still is not finished!

TODO prod_mon
- Allow sites from being deleted: I'm not all too happy with the new query builder thingy in D7 so far... We'll get there
- Implement the remote module status fetching to allow prod_monitor to check for updates locally
