I Think it would be nice if line in view boxes there was a place to add additional css class to a box.

Rewrote some of it to make sure the advanced settings on existing views boxes carry over correctly.

Also attached a separate patch which will be applied to Views Boxes since we're basically pulling this out of there into here.
