Hello,
Im_raw enabling failed with internal error 500 when Image core module is disabled.

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function image_styles() in /var/www/sites/all/modules/im_raw/im_raw.module on line 106

Adding Image to im_raw.info should fix this.
