General Settings - hide promote and sticky - rearrange the tabs or set default

maybe it would be nice to:

a) have a mechanism to say: save the current content type settings for all content types (i know it's a little bit a risk) if you don't want to have an separate administration page (where you can make default settings).

b) a possibility to hide "Promote to frontpage" and "Sticky at top of lists" - in a lot of usecases they are really useless and the people don't use them or often use more complex solutions as "flag" instead

c) let the admin choose the default vertical tab in the node edit form (it seems to be the first?), because most of my editors need publish/unpublish and not versions/author/url ...
