jquerycdn 7.x-1.0

jQuery CDN module upgrades Drupal 7.0's internal version of jQuery (and jQuery UI) with one hosted only on an external CDN's (Content Delivery Networks). It will actively replace all the library request for jQuery and jQuery UI with a CDN copies as suggested by http://docs.jquery.com/Downloading_jQuery#CDN_Hosted_jQuery

• Similar to jQuery Update (http://drupal.org/project/jquery_update), but does not retrieve jQuery and jQuey UI from local files at all, rather only from CDN hosted files.
• Similar to CDN (http://drupal.org/project/cdn), but less complex and specific only to jQuery.
• Similar to Advanced Aggregator (http://drupal.org/project/advagg) - currently a Drupal 6 only project, but less complex and applies to Drupal 7 only.
