secondary region mess up with primary region under IE6 and 7

I think the inline css generated from template.php which control the region position is IE6,7 incompatible.

update:
I found that this problem occur when there is no block put in tertiary region.

Hi, Rene will get to this soon but in the mean time you can edit your template.php file in your starter theme. The problem area is as follows:

		// Specify adjustments on pages with no tertiary content
		if (!$variables['tertiary_first'] && !$variables['tertiary'] && !$variables['tertiary_last']) {
			if ($layout == 'layout1') {
				$data .= '.no-tertiary #primary {margin-right: 0;};';
				$margin_left_width = $page_width - $secondary_width;
				$data .= '.no-tertiary #secondary {margin-left: -'. $margin_left_width .'px;}';
			}

There are two issues here. The first is that the line $data .= '.no-tertiary #primary {margin-right: 0;};'; has a semicolon after the bracket. This causes newer browsers to miss the next selector. This is actually a good thing because the value in the next selector is actually wrong. The margin-left should be the full $page_width. In fact because this margin has already been set this selector can be deleted entirely. The end result should be:

		// Specify adjustments on pages with no tertiary content
		if (!$variables['tertiary_first'] && !$variables['tertiary'] && !$variables['tertiary_last']) {
			if ($layout == 'layout1') {
				$data .= '.no-tertiary #primary {margin-right: 0;}';
