Gaps

There's lots left to do, and also some areas that Features previously handled that now won't fit. Here are some issues in the Features issue queue that relate to what Features doesn't do.
- #2460899: Supporting Overrides.
- #2383453: Support menu links. See the Config Menu Link module, which provides menu links that are configuration-based and therefore can be exported to features.
- #2383439: User permission handling.
