module submission: nisauth module [4.3.0]

don't know if I filed this in the right place or not but here's a module that allows 4.3.0 to authenticate against a local YP/NIS server. There's tweakable settings. Note the user settings display needs to be modified manually and changing user passwords inherently doesn't work.
