On the download page, when I click on any of the theme download links, it gives me back only an HTML file with the contents of the title page; the page has the suffix .theme, but it's an HTML page.

I'm using Mozilla 1.2 under Linux

dup of #1070 (problem is that the download links are currently broken. because they refer to nonexisting files, drupal redirects to the homepage).
