Use SVG Image Field module's logo in Site Studio submodule component preview images

Problem/Motivation

In #3396199: SVG Image Field - create a logo we added a logo for the project, based on the Vector Image.png and Icon card.png element preview image shipped with the Site Studio submodule. It turns out that icon was sourced from a website that requires a creative commons attribution, so I've redrawn the new logo manually.

Proposed resolution

Update the Site Studio "Vector card" and "Vector image" component element preview images to use our module's new logo.

Note this is a bit more complicated than simply overwriting the PNG files because the filesize and changed timestamp are also modified in the site_studio_metadata yml files as well.
