Setting up a conditional (Drupal 6 WebForm) for Country & State, if user selects US the State dropdown will display, if users selects any other Country, the State dropdown will disappear.

For some reason, when I load the form I see the State drop down briefly, then it goes away. If I select US as the Country, the State drop down does not appear?

Been working on this for days, any help would be greatly appreciated.
