Display date as setup in Administration..

If we go to the administration (http://www.your-site.com/admin.php?mod=system) and we setup the 'Date format setting' to something else then 'Y/m/d - h:i', the sequence of the 'Y/m/d' from the archive-module doesn't change.
Maybe it is never considered to make it work this way, but I think it's a bug. If not, I really want to request it! =)
