Drupal CMS Personas (Q2,2O24)
These are the buyer archetypes for this solution. They are focused on increasing revenue, reducing costs, and improving ROI.
- Strategist - Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Strategist- VP of Marketing
- Strategist- Chief Digital Officer (CDO)
- Strategist- Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
This persona was put in charge of planning and executing content strategy and the vision of their leadership team. They are very interested in measuring key KPls to report progress back to the leadership team.
This persona is in charge of the day-to-day; crafting content to drive organic site traffic.
These personas collaborate to quickly craft branded themes and templates for their clients or their organization to utilize.
Sometimes these tasks are completed in organizations with limited resources by personas who wear shared hats (not Mid-Market Agencies).
This persona is in charge of managing roles, permissions and governance on the platform.
