While #1210432: File title is uneditable is adding a much needed feature to change the file name of an existing file, changing the name for a new file means a lot of extra steps since it can only be done in the file browser.

It should be possible to add the file name directly in the Select media Upload and Web alternatives.

We need to use #1213252: Allow media file's fields to be edited in a modal or after upload in the media widget to accomplish this first.
