Bio:

Since 1983 implementing financial and logistic systems. Focus on of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). I was introduced to MRP I, MRP II, ERP, CRM during my Business Administration-study at Bedrijfskunde-Avond-HTS in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

(What is MRP? Material Requirements Planning/Material Resource Planning? MRP/ERP/CRM-systems find their origin in the information systems to support the Allied Forces-logistic operations who carried out the liberation the world from facism, known as the end of the Second World War.
So systems to try to get enough material (like ammunition, fuel, food, medicins) and people (like soldiers, doctors, nurses) to all places where German, Italian, Japanese and their allies were ruling.
My mother has, as a 25 year old nurse, trying to cure people with special soup from the United Stats. A lot of Dutch people did starve to death in the winter of 1944-1945 when the Allied Forces where not able to carry on their liberating actions direction Berlin.
I wonder which information systems where used at the eastern side of Berlin.
I wonder how efficient the information systems were/are to try to stop starving people in all the known areas of war. Like the wars in for example Vietnam, Korea, Angola, Ethopia, Somalia, Afghanistan, Balkan and Kaukasus area's. Plus all the area's I did not mention here. Like the war in Syria now in 2013. And all the wars to come.
How efficient are our computerised information systems to help the victims?
Any way in Eindhoven the Packard company is using quiet efficient information systems to produce the DAF-trucks. Long time ago in 1985 it was here that I try to help improve the logistic systems during my studies. To be followed by projects at, to name some bigger name, Philip Morris Holland, Flower auction in Aalsmeer, GAP-store and the Dutch Airways KLM.)

In 1997 I started to help students fullfilling improvement project at Business Administration-courses.

Now concentrating on e-Learning. In the field of building better information systems.
