I am blind, and use a screen reader (JAWS) to work with computers. I had some usable eyesight up until the age of 40, but then lost it due to glaucoma. I worked for many years as a CPA and CFO (an accountant, that is) before getting into web development. One thing I really like about Drupal is its level of and commitment to accessibility.
