Tiffany is the CEO and co-owner of Palantir.net. Along with George DeMet, she oversees and maintains Palantir’s mission, vision, and values. With over 25 years of consulting and development experience, Tiffany serves her team and her clients through mentoring, facilitation and coaching about agile leadership and strategy. As an experienced presenter, Tiffany has given keynotes, talks and participated in panels at events around the world including SXSW, OSCON, DrupalCon and many other industry-specific conferences and camps on topics ranging from case studies and technical talks to thought leadership about open source contribution and sustainability; diversity, equity and inclusion; and learning cultures. Tiffany’s current work is focused on creating sustainable environments that foster and support high performing diverse teams that solve complex problems.
