As a technical lead I am responsible for the technical delivery of projects, development processes in the company, technical vision and turning it into reality. My another important focus is people - coaching and mentoring the team, managing team expectations and removing impediments. Daily engaged both with Business and the team to ensure permanent growth in the quality of delivered products and the satisfaction level of my colleagues and team mates on their working places.

Originally from Belarus, I put efforts into building sustainable Drupal community in Minsk by organizing events and mentoring people.
