With a background in math education and technology support management, Heidi joined PNNL's Drupal team in 2015 with 4 years of Drupal development experience. She has an eye for details and strives to create clean, consistent web experiences. With more than 10 years of service desk management experience, she strives to produce quality software and understands the importance of communicating with customers at a variety of technology levels. Prior to joining PNNL, she was the Web Developer and Support Lead for Mid-Columbia Libraries and the Service Desk Manager at the University of Puget Sound.

Heidi holds a Mathematics Education degree from Pacific Lutheran University and attends Western Governor's University pursuing a Masters of Business Administration in IT Management.
