Govind is a Technical Lead and Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling Drupal-based platforms for enterprise and government clients. At Salsa Digital, he leads technical architecture and delivery across Drupal projects, with a focus on CI/CD, containerization, and security best practices.

Govind actively contributes to and maintains government-scale Drupal platforms, including GovCMS (Australian Government) and Ripple/Tide (Victorian Government's Single Digital Presence), and is an active contributor to CivicTheme. He has spoken at DrupalSouth Sydney (2024) and DrupalSouth Brisbane (2022), and has been part of the Drupal open-source community for over 15 years — contributing modules, patches, and issue queue work, and mentoring newer contributors.
