I’m David Czinege, a Drupal Developer since 2013. I started with Drupal 7. Since the release of Drupal 8 I have been working with Drupal 8 and Drupal 9 only. I love this CMS because of the community, its modularity, and because I can work with it efficiently.

Until 2018 I worked as an employee, since then as a contractor.

I’ve faced a number of challenges already during my Drupal career, participating in the definition phase, when the clients’ needs had to be written into user stories from the briefs and designs, and in time estimations, as well as the building process.

I started as a Drupal backend developer, nowadays I can manage frontend tasks too. I’m also able to build the site using core, contrib and custom solutions.

In 2019 I finished my fourth Drupal 8 related Acquia certification exam, the Drupal 8 Front End specialist exam, and was awarded the Drupal 8 Grand Master certification from Acquia.

Spare time activities

I love learning about new technologies. I enthusiastically study robotics, CAD design processes, 3D printing, Arduino and Raspberry Pi programming and other electronics related topics. In my future plans I would like to study Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI. I would like to create useful and efficient solutions for everyday problems using these technologies.

Besides that, I like meeting with my friends, gardening, playing piano, juggling, hiking and travelling.
