After many years in the publishing business doing everything from online ads to product management to customer success, Cynthia found her way into the open source community helping clients with their needs.

Cynthia (also known as “CyPhi,” which is pronounced “Sci-Fi”) feels that knowledge and communication are key; she enjoys digging deep to understand an issue, and works to master it so she can communicate it to the client in a way that gives them full understanding of the issue as well.

When she’s not helping clients, Cynthia loves to cook for her family and daydreams about being the next “Chopped” champion. She enjoys trying different restaurants, traveling, music, dancing, cleaning her house, and listening to music while dancing and cleaning.
