President and co-founder of NuCivic (formerly Nuams), which builds OpenSaaS government solutions on Drupal. Previously served as CIO of the New York State Senate, leading the first major New York State government Drupal website project (NYSenate.gov), which won "Best of New York" awards for Project Excellence. Named 2010 New York State Public Sector CIO of the Year & Information Week's Government CIO 50.

Experience with Drupal dates back to 2005, when I was Strategy Director for the CivicSpace Labs project. Later, as co-founder of Goodstorm, we invested in the development of some of Drupal's earliest e-commerce capabilities. Finally, as co-founder of the CoLab project at NASA, we invested in the development of the first version of Drupal's Conference Organizing Distribution (COD). Keynoted 2010 Drupalcon conference in San Francisco.
