- Removed accessCheck during cron.

- Added ruleset selector
- Added input field for synonyms
- Added the page url to the api call

Changes:
- Changed the field for the saving cqc response to TEXT
- Textual changes in the SEO tab
- Total score is now rounded to whole numbers
- Fixed some notices
