Changes from Beta 2 to Beta 3

+ a lot of code style fixes, and code optimization, to make a better basis for further development.

An update to the very broken 1.2 release. In my testing, I had been using the 1.1 version of jQuery. The rewrite used a method introduced in this newer version of jQuery which was not available in the jQuery version Drupal ships with. This new version should work in every version of jQuery.

registration disclaimer was using the content disclaimer node.

Fixed registration disclaimer - form alter no longer alters the user registration form - doh!

Now anonymous and registered user can't vote by accessing the vote link directly in the browser.
