Widget does not attempt to be displayed when no PubmedID or DOI

This version has a few bug fixes, and more cleanup and optimization tasks.
The only required action is re-generate JS and CSS if trouble with cached displays.

The highlight of this release is resolving a longstanding limitation with the mapping of merge fields. Now, thanks to the power of tokens, any Drupal value can be synced to merge field in Drupal.
