The API is final with this release.

Beta release for iGrowl in Drupal 8.

Please note the changes to the README file.

Both AnimateCSS and iGrowl plugin need to be downloaded to /libraries, in the docroot of Drupal (i.e., outside of /core).

Check the README for additional changes and instructions on how to use.
