The initial release that contains a basic set of tools for interaction between Drupal 7 and Vtiger CRM 6.x.

This release makes JWT auth globally applicable. Prior versions required 'jwt_auth' to be explicitly enabled for routes.

* This is a complete refactoring of the 8.x-1.0-beta release. You may keep your scss/js but replace the rest.
* KSS-Node is in 3.0.0-beta.14 which produces some warnings during npm install.
* Docker setup is not tested yet, but will follow soon.

Added custom confirmation dialog created in HTML.
Added version numbers and links to licenses.
Added highlighting of required fields in the editor.
