Created two blocks (Clock and Credit) which each have their own configurable Academic Year Length Variable.

- Added file extraction settings to the PowerTagging field to restrict files by size and count.
- Fixed PowerTagging mode 'Classification' for files.
- Added detailed information to the summary when problems occur during the PowerTagging batch process.
- Modified the corpus management submodule of work on manual basis instead of pushing content into a corpus automatically.
- Made the PowerTagging module work with PHP < 5.5 again.
- Added a new global notification when retagging content is required.

- Added multiple corpus management methods to the PPT API.
- Added a yellow LED style.

A somewhat stable release of the project. Need testing.
