fix superfish menu bugs

Now bluejems available for drupal 6 core.

Changes since 6.x-1.4:

• Fixing minor code style issue.
• Fixing silly typo.
• Fixing missed backport change with the of the test being run.
• Backporting some test code cleanup from D7. Improving the Path Options array code and test output info.
• Adding Batch to the whitelist.
• Backported commit bd39634f5cfc4623289ef4e8f6e0506f3faf6dc2 to D6. Adding a feature to disable redirection from
  within the admin section of a site.

Identical to 7.x-1.1 but allows you to install with

drush dl emacs_drush

also while inside a Drupal 6 site.

Changes since 6.x-1.0:

• Generate tags on pm-update as well and only once.
• Fixed minor issues in documentation.
