Paid Drupal services

I am working with a client that operates an Airbnb-type marketplace, but in a different sector (private home care). We are looking to add a robust messaging capability to their Drupal platform that allows them to interact via SMS (or possibly chat) with their customers.

We are currently in need of a Drupal developer to help with improving and adding new features to our existing modules. Specifically, we need work done on our Tournament module. This work mostly involves better integration with Views and automation using Rules. Without going into detail this is a summary of what we want to be able to do:

I'm using Views Age Filter module to filter user's age by range (age in between, eg: 21-23). I have no problem using this module but currently I'm thinking from user's point of view (UI/UX). Before this my user needs to key-in manually the age in the text box to filter the content. So I think it should be easier for them just to select age in drop down list. There is no setting to use drop down list in views. For your information, I'm using Date field type for age.
