Paid Drupal services

Our site sits on a CPANEL, hosted by a reputable and fast hosting provider. We currently have a Drupal 7 View that generates a table of Product Order data submitted by customers on that day. A typical view row will look something like:

order_num | date | qty | product_sku | customer_name | delivery_address | ... | ... | ... | etc

Typically around 20 text fields. There might be around 10-100 rows a day.

 I am populating a select field based on the previous filter value and so on.
However upon ajax fire, all i get is the following error.

An unrecoverable error occurred. The uploaded file likely exceeded the maximum file size (2 MB) that this server supports.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Looking to hire someone to fix a problem that prevents Composer from installing a module I maintain.
