dynamically display form elements

I have run into an interesting situation with OG that is applicable across all node types: The organic groups og vocab now lets a person see vocabularies associated with multiple groups when the appropriate groups are selected (new feature) but it requires the user to preview their post to see the appropriate vocabs.

I would like to propose that there should be a method by which a user can select a checkbox (i.e. a group) and then the post form should dynamically update either using AJAX or by autosubmitting.

adding content to multiple sites

I have 4 businesses, all of which have there own domains. I would like to write articles/pages/blogs in a central location, and then - based on content & choice - publish to selected sites.

Has anyone heard of, or done thios type of thing with the Modules in place. If I have to write an API, I suppose I will, when: copy/paste -> move sites, copy/paste -> move sites, copy/paste -> move sites starts to big a hassle.

I'm also interested in the multi-site set-up, but haven't got there yet. Maybe there's a way of hitting two birds...

MySQL Query Cache settings for drupal ?

Hi,
I use mysql 4.1x and it has a setting to cache mysql queries.

Currently, my settings are:

+------------------------------+----------+
| Variable_name | Value |
+------------------------------+----------+
| have_query_cache | YES |
| query_cache_limit | 1048576 |
| query_cache_min_res_unit | 4096 |
| query_cache_size | 20971520 |
| query_cache_type | ON |
| query_cache_wlock_invalidate | OFF |

which you can see in your mysql server by typing:
mysql> SHOW VARIABLES LIKE '%query_cache%';

tracker module performance with many logged in users and posts

http://drupal.org/node/39351

I found this issue is about 4.6.x and I once had a similar(I think) problem in 4.7.x with MySQL database.
We have 73339 nodes, 346386 comments now.

So I posted what I did(not yet finished) for tracker module.

Is anoyone having a problem with same condition(large number of posts and many logged in users)?

sorry for my poor english.
