Custom entity and translations

Hello !!

It's a complex goal that I want to achieve but I don't find correct way.

I developped a Flex application to manage specific data. There is some tables and structure is like the following :

Table article :
- articleid (primary key)
- info1
- info2
- ...

Table article_lang :
- articleid (foreign key to article table)
- langabrev (foreign key to language table)
- title
- note1
- ...
