I have installed profile_privacy module and it is not working as I expected, and I need some info as to its internal workings and expectations.
UI expectations
1. I was expecting it to work on a deny/allow basis - every field is not visible until the user explicitly allows it.
2. It appears to show only publicly viewable fields. I want it to show all fields, public and private and give the options of making the publicly viewable fields visible.
Coding internals
I am not familiar with Drupal's internals, but my method of dealing it is at follows.
There's fifty client side scripts for replacing the the scroll bar on the far right of the browser window. Of those, which are effective in Drupal and how do they work - can they be modules or javascript template add-ins with an onload statements. Tell your story and give a teaser so you can earn a buck for consulting and implementing magic that clients look for visual appeal as a primary.
i cannot find any info about what is happening to webform in 5.x. i see the latest version is 4.7; i cannot find any version of it when sorting the module list for 5.x
is it deprecated?
if so, what takes its place? i use webform a lot in 4.x; i need something to take its place.
I'm using Chatroom and can't figure this out. I can't really find any information on the module, so I'm not even sure if it's supposed to work like this ...
Sometimes, when I create a new Chat under a Chatroom, the links work fine. That is, I can drill down from the menus from home > chat rooms > (my chatroom name) > (my chat name). Other times, it doesn't work at all.
