Here's my dilemma, that seems pretty easy.. but none of the modules I've installed are able to do it just right.
I'm creating an online portfolio. I want to have a hierarchy like so Current Content > Website > Single Pages > Reviews
Other things (such as "news") will also be under the "single pages" heading.
When the person is at the "Review" page a FULL list of a preview of all the items is shown, complete with an optional screenshot, title, and description.
I'm setting up a site for a charity that will have a lot of teachers visiting and contributing. However, it also needs to have a 'corporate' front, with lots of information, images and content that will rarely (if ever) be changed.
My question is this - is it possible to build a 'normal' core website (HTML, CSS etc.) and integrate drupal only into the sections I need it (ie the forum, profile pages etc.)? I would be more comfortable designing the site as I've done before, but really want to expand the sites potential with drupal.
Hello i have just installed vb durpal on to my site at happywebmasters.com and i want to set up 4 catgories; tuts, articles, blogs, and interviews. Blog and interviews link to the articles. Tuts and articles link to sub catgories; eg photoshop tuts flast tuts which then link to the article. I have read throught the manual but still dont know how to do this if anyone could help out it would be greatly appreicated
Is there any way to add back/forward navigation links for pages/stories? Perferrably for ones that are only "displayed on the front page". Any advice would be great! Thanks in advance.
I'm using drupal 4.6 and a PHPTemplate home-made theme. I'm trying to make a word counter and display it next to the "read more" link but when I try to use $node- body (the full text) from node.tpl.php it seems to be empty if the node is in the main page.
Any idea to get full text in the main page?
I'm sorry if my English is bad but it is not my native language.
