I'm a PHP developer, new to Drupal.
I installed Drupal 7 on my machine and I'm now trying to get going with my first projects using the wealth of information available.
One of the main things I would like to work on is extending the user profiles.

Search form box in view pages

HI all

I just tried to add the standard search form block to a page that i created with views.
It does not take. I can see the search block on all other pages just not the once created with views.
On those pages i can only see blocks that where created with views.

Am i doing something wrong or is there a limitation in views.

Redirect to specific pages by user's country or IP

In Drupal 7, need advice about how to use the same site for all users but direct to different pages depending on whether from UK and USA -because of different spelling for musical terms. Have researched IP to Country/Locale etc but not available for D7.
