Hi , i have drupal Ecommerce site that have 15000 nodes the it takes huge to time to load the
pages and home page can u please suggest the improvements to be done. i am not using any of the modules related to performance like Boost,Global Redireact .
Is it better to use these modules..?
can you please suggest the steps to be followed for to improve the performance
So I have recently install these modules to get a calendar working on my site:
Views 7.x-3.0-rc1
Date 7.x-2.0-alpha3
Calendar 7.x-2.0-alpha1
Chaos tools 7.x-1.0-beta1
I create a Content type called Event Date, I went through the Views and tried changing the Fields to my new field and the Contextual Filter to my new Event Date field but when I save the calendar I get this huge error on the /calendar page:
The calendar_nav style requires a Date argument.

Is there a way to justify comments automatically after people post them? I don't know if CSS would make that possible, if yes, can someone post a quick code of how to do it please.
From looking at the diagrams on http://drupal.org/node/171194 it looks like nodes are placed into blocks, and blocks are placed into regions. It's easy to move blocks into different regions at Admin->Structure->Blocks. But how can you place nodes into blocks?
I give up. I have drupal 7 and installed several themes and a couple of admin themes. I can't see where to do this. I go to appearance and load the themes. I can enable and disable, but I don't understand "default". I assumed there was a default regular theme and a default admin theme. But it appears that default is the overall default. In any case, I disable all but my Bartik them and my new admin theme. Nothing changes. What am I doing wrong? Where do I tell drupal what theme I want to be active for the web page and for admin?
