Initial module release.

Version 2.2. features bug fixes and improvements to the Lingotek Dashboard. This version is optimized for users wanting to translate their web site via machine translation and includes:
* the ability to automatically download translations via a callbackURL
* simplified language management features in the Dashboard
* payment plans for adding additional languages (MT of the first language is free)

This release updates some mobile head markup to conform to current best practices. Commits for this release address:

That's right! Thanks to an amazing contribution by attiks, html2canvas is now supported so users with modern browsers don't need to worry about Java applets anymore.
