Initial release.

This is the firs release of Commerce User Profile pane to complete the development we still need to implement a Rule that handle the update of the user data when the checkout is completed by anonymous user. Use this release in case you checkout process is allowed only for authenticated users.

Changes since 7.x-2.0-alpha2:

• Remove Git submodule, since d.o packaging doesn't support them, and replace by code copied from puppet-aegir.
