first stable release

New features including :

• GCC Menu
• GCC User Widget
• Per bundle role
• New views handler (filter by current gcc context, activate a gcc context with a views)

Multiple bugs corrections

Changes since 7.x-1.0-beta5:

• #1967392 by joachim: Fixed entities getting created for relationships without editable fields.

Back (third time is a charm) a complete overhaul of this module.
Implementend entities at the moment are:

• Constant: Read-only, since there is no create-api-call
• Contact 1: because that's dependant on domain.
• Contacttype: needs testing
• Customfield: needs testing, and dependencies needs to be added from CustomGroup
• CustomGroup: needs testing
• Domain: with some ugly hacks around the serialization of the 'config_backend' value
• Relationshiptype: needs testing
• Setting: Here seems a problem with create
