7.x branch (finally!)

Major features:

• Add support for both opening, and closing registrations based on a date field.
• Added diagnostic table to entity registration settings form.
• Provide option to disable built-in date functionality included with Registration module, on a per registration instance basis.

• Issue #1413080: compatibility with D7.12+, drops Drupal 7.8 and earlier support
• Issue #1419154: optionally set breadcrumb, like it was it 7.x-1.x branch. Admin is able to choose when breadcrumb is set (always, never, if empty)
• Issue #1463962: fix empty title in breadcrumb when term page is a view

The beginnings of the D7 version. Some help finding the bugs I have missed would be appreciated, please report any you find in the issue queue.
