Removes the "Type Ahead Affiliate ID" and "Enable Discovery Tag" features reflecting changes in the USASearch Interface. Now, just the USASearch Affiliate Name is needed. Also, the JavaScript footprint has been reduced using a new dynamic loading feature.

Rewrote the internals - now it has the API other modules can utilize.

The main new feature is that Content Profile content types can now be copied to user fields, removing the need for Profile2; if Profile2 is installed it will still let the content types be copied to profile types.

This update includes fixes for several bugs, as well as one new feature. It is basically a complete reworking of the way locations from nodes and other sources are chosen and formatted for display in the location chooser select box.

The display of unpublished nodes is now optional, and it is now disabled by default; anyone using source locations from unpublished nodes as part of their workflow will need to turn on that option after upgrading.

The select list should now respect the rules set by node access modules, with some limitations as explained below.

There is now an option to display only nodes authored by the current user.

The options in the select list are no longer doubly escaped.
