Security fix for SA-CONTRIB-2011-020 - tac_lite - Cross Site Scripting

Creating a release for the changes that were supposed to go into release 1.5, because I can't get git to ever do what I want. Can't wait to find out whether this worked!

• Filter request_uri() when displaying login link #899738: Possible security vulnerability in cosign_form_alter (login block)

This release fixes a "Less Critical" security vulnerability: Users are able to view their own profiles on their user account page, regardless whether they have permission for it. For more details, see #1051550.

There is no official security announcement, as there is no stable release affected.
