I am back to working with Drupal after about a year off. My new(sort of) day job has me working with Drupal, so I'm in need of updating several of my old modules. I will be looking at this module in about two or three weeks. I will then decide whether to update this, or try to add similar features to another existing D6 module. I think we might all agree that the biggest feature that this module has it the ability to do heirarchical free-tagging.
I would like to see a better UI, AHAH/AJAX-ish.
This may require a rewrite. We'll have to see. I may be able to borrow a lot from the taxonomy manager module, whose interface I like a lot.
Stay tuned.

Aren Cambre CreditAttribution: Aren Cambre commentedNo response from the module owner for almost a month, and no progress on the module, so recommending the module be assigned to Abandoned Projects.

VM CreditAttribution: VM commentedThe developer rconstantine is currently responsible for 10 other modules besides this CCK Taxonomy Super Select Ultra
If it's decided to retire one, should they all be retired?

apadernoI am changing the title as reported in Dealing with abandoned projects, and moving it back to the project issue queue.
This report can be moved in the webmasters' issue queue after 14 days. As the report didn't have the correct title, the count starts from this moment.

apadernoIn the project page the current maintainer is reporting he is looking for a co-maintainer; I guess that answers to the question.
Rather than marking this project as abandoned, I would leave it as it is.

apadernoI wrote an email to the current maintainer, asking him to reply here.
