This is a sandbox project, which contains experimental code for developer use only.
You can't always use modules built for entityreference to elicit designed behaviors of a product_reference. This patch and module allow you to use an entityreference as the field to which to apply the add_to_cart_form field formatter. The module does this with awkward/intrusive alter hook implementations, which is what motivates the patch.
